Had to wait for 24 hours before installing the app on the target iphone and then after 3 failed attempts it finally restored my 22gb backup.
The backup went ahead but then due to multiple WhatsApp backup attempts it stopped sending codes. I sent them the log file and they got back in a day.

Firstly, I'd like to express our deepest apologies for the inconvenience. Wondershare, they sell a lot of subpar garbage software from the looks of it. I spent a good week researching them, but I guess they have fake reviews for pages and pages, forums and forums. I told them no, and I would be contacting my bank for fraudulent activity.
They gave me a run around that they “have to help” to see if it was an issue with their program… ok sure… so the file they wanted me to zip and send over to them to “see” included every piece of sensitive information from all connected devices used. So now I asked for a refund, because it was within 7 days. One of the features asked me if I was okay with jailbreaking my phone, the reason I bought this expensive program was so I didn’t need to jailbreak it. I couldn’t bypass anything with this program, couldn’t retrieve passwords with their tool. Long story short this program used up a lot of battery and did a bunch of “computing” only to have me go to iTunes to factory reset. Moving forward, I tried to factory wipe my iPads and iPhones because errors and black screens.

I purchased the full suite for Mac and iOS, when I installed it there was a tool unusable for iOS that was “supposed” to be a part of the full program. Get that money and give that customer service. Or step your game up if you do and offer that extra service to your clients.

Get these programs and look like a pro who actually knows what he's doing. If you're fixing phones professionally or just here and there for friends or even just your own.then you NEEED the doctor. From the customer service, the endless means and streams of help at your fingertips, to the unreal software catalogue. I know it sounds ridiculous, it's just difficult to not be excited and/or impressed with this program. I share so you can take the wonder out of this moon or purchase for some truly remarkable benefits. Then you're doing yourself and friends, family or clients a disservice. If you're not using the doctor to fix up phones.
